Overview

IT Support Analyst - Manchester - On site. We are recruiting an IT Support Analyst as part of a second line team to provide exceptional desk-side customer service to users in our London office and remote customer service to other offices as required. This role will be office based, from our central Manchester office with the role being a 5 day a week on site position, Monday to Friday, rotating between 08:30 - 16:30 and 09:30 - 17:30. Provide exceptional desk-side customer service to users in multiple offices (on site and remote as required).

Troubleshoot issues with Windows 10 / 11, Office 2016+, Microsoft 365, laptops, iPhones, iPads, printers and networking devices. Use ticket management and service management systems. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
