A leading service provider in the UK is seeking an IT Service Manager to act as the vital link between customers and IT, ensuring seamless delivery of existing services and supporting new solutions. This full-time role offers a hybrid working environment with 2/3 days onsite. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, supporting transitions, and collaborating with teams on proposals. Candidates should have experience in operational IT management and a strong understanding of business operations, alongside relevant certifications.
As an IT Service Manager, you'll act as the vital link between our customers and Babcock IT, ensuring seamless delivery of existing services and supporting the transition of new solutions. Day‑to‑day, you'll shape how technology empowers operations across all Babcock sectors, making a real difference to national security and your own career growth.
This role is full time (37.5 hours per week) and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2/3 days onsite and 2/3 days working from home.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
