Role: IT Project Manager / Digital Innovation Manager

Location: Germany (Remote)

German Proficiency (Mandatory)

Your main tasks will include:

• Ideally: Several years of professional experience in (agile) program or project management in the pharmaceutical, medtech, healthcare, or strategy/innovation development sectors
• Good understanding of the healthcare sector and current AI trends
• Experience in the design and implementation of innovative healthcare projects
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, ideally experience in the use of innovation methods such as design thinking, lean startup, or agile project management
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex content in an understandable way
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Your profile:

• Degree in IT management, economics, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• Proven track record in coordinating large-scale projects (including change management)
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of current data science and AI technologies
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English
