Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage multiple concurrent IT projects, from scoping through delivery.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and risk logs; track progress and report to leadership.
  • Draft RFPs, evaluate suppliers, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the firm, ensuring buy-in and alignment.
  • Oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation review, including ROI analysis.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes.

We are partnering with a prestigious London law firm seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their technology team. This is a permanent opportunity, leading diverse projects across infrastructure, cloud, and business systems that directly impact how the firm operates.

  • Job title: IT Project Manager
  • Location: Holborn area
  • Hybrid working: 2 days office, 3 days remote
  • Reports to: Head of IT Projects
  • Hours: 9.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
