In this role you will :
We're looking for a Change Manager to join our IT Project Management Office. This role is focused on guiding people through change-whether it's new systems, processes, or ways of working-ensuring smooth adoption and minimizing disruption. You'll work alongside Project Managers but step away from the day-to-day task management to focus on the bigger picture: people, process change, and communication.
You'll contribute to value-driven change by applying structured change management techniques, promoting user-centric design, and supporting the implementation of modern, automated processes. This role complements our PMO function by focusing on the people side of change-helping individuals and teams adapt and thrive through engagement, communication, and process enablement.
