Overview

The busy Ophthalmology department at Epsom and St Helier Trust is looking for 2 full‑time administrators/receptionists. The roles are primarily based at St Helier Hospital but also require cross‑site coverage of our busy ophthalmology reception desks at both hospitals and the administration pod at St Helier.

The post holder will support administrative functions related to patient care pathways, such as answering telephones, booking new and follow‑up appointments, monitoring the outpatient waiting list and working on the reception desks as required.

Working Hours

Core hours 8 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
