• Experience with Windows Desktop and Server environments, both on-premise and cloud hosted.
• Strong understanding of Information and Cyber Security best practices.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Project Management principles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements for IT Systems.
• Work with the Service Desk team for escalated technical support.
• Maintain and improve the security of Information Systems.
