A leading railway subcontractor in Central London is looking for an IT Engineer to join their IT department. This role involves supporting complex technical issues and working with a Managed Service Provider. Candidates should have IT support experience and relevant certifications. The position also offers the potential to grow into an IT Manager role within the company.

Location: Central London - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote working.
My client is a leading railway subcontractor looking for an additional member to their IT department to support a growing business need for IT support.
For this role, you will report directly into the IT Manager, supporting 3rd and 4th tier support, particularly around more complex technical issues and advanced troubleshooting. With the first 6 months supported by the IT Manager, you will become a key member of the team, working alongside an outsource Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure the team has constant support from an IT perspective.
This position is instrumental in driving the adoption of innovative technologies and ensuring that the IT infrastructure aligns with the company's strategic objectives, and looking for an individual who can grow with the business, with aspirations to move into an IT Manager role in the future.
