Qualifications

• Tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs including Maths and English.
• Experience in a client-facing support role.
• Knowledge of desktop operating systems and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Configuration and installation of desktop/server hardware.
• Troubleshooting and repairing faulty equipment.
• Providing first-line support to users onsite and over the phone.

Skills

1-2 years’ experience in 1st Line support

Excellent knowledge of desktop operating systems

Good hardware knowledge

Communication skills

Team player

Education

5 GCSEs including Maths and English

Minimum 2:2 IT degree

MCP, MCITP, A+, CCENT
