Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in 2nd/3rd line support or MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of AD/M365/Azure/Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in scripting and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line IT support across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve services.
• Manage cyber and infrastructure incidents.
• Support users on various technologies.
