St Teresa of Calcutta Academy Trust Central Team are currently seeking an IT Field Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust.
As an integral part of the STOCCAT IT team, you will work closely with primary school staff to provide expert technical support. Your role will be essential in ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure across Primary Schools and other STOCCAT member institutions, offering assistance as needed. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to key IT projects. This position demands a high level of technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
