Qualifications

• First-rate knowledge of MS Office/Office 365 suite.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 & 11.
• Previous experience in a First Line Systems support role.
• Ability to work individually or as part of a pro‑active team.
• Driving licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents.
• Assist staff in using IT equipment effectively.
• Resolve IT issues independently and escalate if necessary.
• Complete daily checks and log all calls.
• Install new equipment and ensure office maintenance.
