A leading telecommunications company in the UK is seeking an IT Delivery Manager responsible for managing the full end-to-end delivery of major project demands. The ideal candidate will ensure that all delivery activities are in place, oversee design and test execution processes, and conduct knowledge transfer to operations teams. Experience with ERP systems is essential, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic international environment. This role may require travel within Europe as needed.

This is a role defined within the ERP delivery model and is responsible for managing end to end delivery of major project demands for a specific functional area.
The IT Delivery Manager role will be responsible to manage the full end to end delivery: follow up on design closure, full test coordination, data coordination (if data migration is requested), solution deployment (including CAB approval) and transition to Global ERP support and operations.
As part of the IT Delivery role, there is a need to make sure that all the delivery activities are in place and the different teams are working as expected to guarantee a successful delivery. The main responsibility (list is not exhaustive) are summarised below:
