Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of contracted IT services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support colleagues during the delivery of Change Services.
• Work with the Delivery Lead to support account strategy and execution.
• Assist in the negotiation of new contracts within the customer account.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and represent Group Delivery.
• Perform line management responsibilities for direct reports.
