A local government authority in the UK is seeking a skilled IT technician to manage projects and provide support for various IT devices. The role includes procurement guidance, troubleshooting, and ensuring effective operations of IT systems. Ideal candidates will have hands-on project management experience, device configuration skills, and familiarity with tools like SCCM and Intune. Working Hours: 37 hours per week typically between the hours of 8am - 5pm
Worker Type: Hybrid Worker
Salary: Starting Salary is £28,598 (Level one) rising to £31,022 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

The role is an integral part of the team, responsible for guiding equipment procurement and actively contributing to the build, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, thin clients, mobile devices, telephony systems, and data networks.
The primary objective is to ensure that new IT hardware, software, and network installations, as well as projects and service requests, are delivered efficiently and in alignment with internal customer requirements.
Additionally, the role involves providing onsite support by troubleshooting device, software, and network issues within an enterprise environment.
