A leading UK university located in Chelmsford seeks a part-time customer service professional to join its IT Services team. The successful candidate will deliver IT support through the University’s telephone switchboard and e-communication tools, requiring excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. IT Services are responsible for all aspects of information-technology support and delivery across our University, providing a first-class experience to our students, staff and other stakeholders. This role is a customer service position delivering a wide range of support via the main University telephone switchboard and e-communication tools.
You will have good communication skills, a customer‑orientated outlook, and experience of telephone‑based support. Experience of working with computer systems in a corporate environment would be advantageous.
