Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or digital settings.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Experience in hybrid environments involving on-premise and cloud infrastructure.

• Gather functional and data requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Map and analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Communicate effectively between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing.
