About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive 2nd Line IT Support Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint and Entra management and administration. You will work closely with the IT team to resolve issues escalated from 1st Line Support and act as a senior escalation point for complex technical matters.
Location & Travel Requirements
This role is predominantly site-based, with regular field work to support the setup, maintenance, and closure of sites within a regional area of approximately 100 miles from Thame, Oxfordshire. The base office for this role is Thame, and there is a contractual requirement to attend our Portsmouth office several times per month.
While primarily regional, the role also includes occasional national travel to other company sites as required — for example, to support major projects, deployments, or holiday cover.
