This role focuses on maintaining ISO certifications and improving processes for operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Ensure the business maintains existing ISO certification through documentation and auditing teams.
  • Facilitate certification of international business units to Quality and Information Security standards.
  • Support the sales process by providing input to tenders and due diligence of client processes.
  • Conduct regular internal audits of management and delivery processes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering team progress.
