Job summary

A specialist further education construction college in Leeds is seeking Invigilators to join its team on a casual basis during the day and/or evening. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with examination procedures, setting up venues, and conducting identification checks. Candidates should have GCSEs in English and Maths, and experience with adults and young people is preferred. Training will be provided for those without invigilation experience. Leeds College of Building is the UK's only specialist further education construction college and we have an excellent reputation for providing quality education in Construction and the Built Environment. We require Invigilators to join our existing team on a casual basis during the day and/or evening. You will ensure that all examination procedures are adhered to and run in conjunction with the relevant board's regulations; this will include setting up examination venues for both online testing and paper-based examinations, completing identification checks and collecting examination papers.

You will be required to work across different sites and must be flexible, reliable and able to use your own car or other transport.

You should have GCSE passes (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths and have relevant experience of working with adults and young people. Previous invigilation experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
