As Investment VP/Director, you will drive origination, execution, and portfolio value creation. You will source deals, lead underwriting, manage transactions, and work closely with management teams. The role offers autonomy, reports directly into the senior director, and offers the opportunity to work across a variety of interesting asset classes such as consumer products, new era technologies and more.

  • Source and evaluate opportunities across sectors and geographies.
  • Lead financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence.
  • Negotiate terms and manage execution through closing.
  • Monitor and support portfolio companies; drive strategic and operational initiatives.
  • 7–11 years in private equity, Corporate M&A, or special situations.
  • Proven record of deal execution (sourcing → exit).
  • Strong technical skills: modeling, valuation, structuring.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to work across asset classes and markets.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, comfortable in lean teams.
