Qualifications

  • Previous asset management experience is essential, ideally in product implementation, product governance, or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven project management capabilities, including planning, documentation, and execution.
  • Committed team member with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Taking forward business development initiatives, including project set-up and fostering commercial awareness across the team.
  • Oversee client management processes such as onboarding, monitoring, and servicing, ensuring high-quality client experience and regulatory compliance.
  • Take ownership of the Investment Trust input on product governance, including product life cycle and value assessment deliverables.
  • Lead the implementation of Consumer Duty requirements within the team, ensuring alignment with FCA expectations.
  • Manage transaction workflows, applying technical knowledge and execution experience to deliver efficient and compliant outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on legal and regulatory matters, including Listing and FCA Rules.
  • Develop a broad knowledge of the JHI business operations and deliver team efficiencies, identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Your opportunity

Newly created role in a busy, dynamic team with scope to develop the ultimate task ownership for the role. The role includes elements of product governance, product implementation and corporate finance.

Must have skills
