The role of Investment Director - Property at Better Society Capital offers a unique opportunity to enhance the supply of social and affordable housing in the UK using impact finance. This position calls for a passionate professional motivated by designing innovative solutions to chronic social problems. You will be leading the development of new property investment opportunities, working closely with market needs to identify scenarios where social impact investments can make meaningful differences. In collaboration with the wider organisation and external partners, you'll harness your expertise in identifying investment strategies aligned with BSC's impact goals. This pivotal role extends to overseeing property investments through BSC's established processes, including building balanced investment portfolios and conducting comprehensive analyses of market trends and economic indicators. As part of the leadership team, you'll engage in systems change dialogues and contribute to the overall strategic direction of Better Society Capital.
