A leading global financial services company in London is seeking a Junior Investment Banking Analyst to support clients with strategic advisory services. This includes working on mergers, acquisitions, and raising capital in the markets. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field and have previous experience in Investment Banking or Advisory roles. The position requires strong financial analysis skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Citi Consumer, Luxury & Retail team: The team has been consistently growing in the last 3 years and is one of the leading franchises on the street. The team covers wide array of consumer sub-verticals and has strong relationships with leading global consumer strategic players as well as all relevant Sponsors active in the space. The deal flow has been exceptionally strong and as a result team requires further junior support as business grows.
The Investment Banking Analyst is a junior level position responsible for providing clients with strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions, as well as assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets. The overall objective of this role is to support the team and senior team members in acting as strategic advisor to our clients by formulating investment ideas and strategies, navigating complex M&A executions and raising capital.
