A global financial institution in Greater London is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to provide strategic advisory services, manage transaction executions, and support senior team members. The ideal candidate will have prior investment banking experience and a strong educational background in finance. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, monitoring industry trends, and mentoring junior analysts. Citi Consumer, Luxury & Retail team: The team has been consistently growing in the last 3 years and is one of the leading franchises on the street. The team covers a wide array of consumer sub-verticals and has strong relationships with leading global consumer strategic players as well as all relevant Sponsors active in the space. The deal flow has been exceptionally strong and as a result the team requires further junior support as business grows.
The Investment Banking Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for providing clients with strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions, as well as assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets. The overall objective of this role is to support the senior team members in acting as a strategic advisor to our clients by formulating investment ideas and strategies, navigating complex M&A executions and raising capital.
