Qualifications

  • Degree-level education preferably in a quantitative subject.
  • An understanding of Python would be beneficial.
  • Good understanding of bond mathematics.
  • Experience with version control systems such as GitHub (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of the investment management industry.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Producing and developing attribution analysis across LDI Multi-Asset and Fixed Income strategies.
  • Designing and implementing enhancements to LDI and Multi-Asset attribution models.
  • Translating complex client requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Participating in meetings with fund managers and product specialists.
  • Ensuring appropriate controls and procedures are in place within the team.
