We have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Technician to join our Inventory Control & Quality Assurance team on Week 2 Nights Distribution Centre—a 900,000 sq. ft. facility featuring a mix of automated and manual operations—you'll be part of a fast‑paced environment that delivers around two million items per week during peak. This role is responsible for ensuring that the inventory is available within the warehouse and providing our Warehouse Operations teams with data, advice and support to ensure customer service levels are attained and exceeded. Enabling us to fulfil orders placed via our M&S website or for replenishment to stores/franchises to deliver our customers the products they want and meet their expectations in terms of delivery, so they have a positive customer experience.
This role works a 12‑hour shift pattern which includes weekends and Bank holidays, and the hours are 18:00pm to 6.00am.
