Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer – London | Permanent | £40,000 - £45,000
I'm partnering with a specialist building services consultancy based in London who are known for delivering sustainable, efficient, and innovative engineering solutions. They work closely with leading developers, architects, and contractors on a wide range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes, providing high-quality mechanical and electrical design expertise that consistently adds value to their clients' projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive consultancy where you'll be central to the design and delivery of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a variety of London and UK projects. You'll be responsible for producing design calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications in line with CIBSE, BSRIA and BRE standards, while also contributing to on-site inspections and testing.
Working alongside your Director/Group Leader, you'll help manage projects, coordinate with other disciplines, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the design and delivery process.
