Job summary

A leading social care provider is seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Team Manager in London for an initial 4-month contract. You will lead community services supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, overseeing service delivery, compliance, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience in social care and knowledge of CQC regulations. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £42 per hour (Umbrella).

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Adult Social Care, particularly Learning Disabilities and/or Autism.
• Proven management experience within day services or community services.
• Ability to work within a pressured, operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team leaders and support staff.
• Oversee the safe delivery of community and day services.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding.
