A leading education resource provider seeks an experienced Interim HR Manager for a role in a respected SEN school in Lambeth. This full-time, office-based position involves overseeing HR and payroll operations, recruitment, and safeguarding compliance until May 2026. Candidates must have HR experience in schools, strong communication skills, and preferably a CIPD qualification. The role demands confidentiality and offers a salary equivalent to £50,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience using CIPHR MIS and payroll systems is highly desirable.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply is required.
• Good understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Produce HR MIS data and reporting for the People Committee.
• Process payroll and manage monthly checks.
• Oversee safeguarding compliance, including SCR updates and checks.
