Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager for a children's residential home in Herefordshire. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in Ofsted regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and a solid track record in managing children's services. The position is on-site 5 days per week, and interviews are urgent for a January 2026 start. A competitive daily rate is offered, outside IR35.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory compliance is required.
