Qualifications

  • Registered as a Pharmacist Independent prescriber with the GPhC.
  • Maintain own GPhC registration and revalidation requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-registration screenings to assess eligibility.
  • Consult with patients in pain management and psychiatric care.
  • Provide guidance and support to patients and clinic staff.
  • Assist in training and onboarding remote clinicians.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Lead on governance activities.
