Leaders in Care are working with a highly regarded local authority to appoint an Interim Ofsted Registered Manager for a 3-6 child residential home in the Bristol area, supporting young people aged 8-17 in an emotional and behavioural difficulties setting.

This is a rare interim opportunity offering a secure 12‑month contract, in the service to lead a highly focused, therapeutic service providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where every child is given the time and attention to truly develop and thrive.
