A national energy initiative seeks a Marketing Strategist to develop strategies for engaging consumers with smart meters. The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience in strategic marketing, focusing on consumer engagement and collaboration with stakeholders. This 3-month fixed-term contract is based in London and requires strong problem-solving and marketing skills.
At Smart Energy GB, we aim to engage and communicate with our diverse nation about the smart meter rollout across England, Scotland, and Wales. We are an independent organisation set up by the government to deliver the national public engagement campaign, raise awareness of smart meters and drive adoption of this technology in everyone's homes. Smart meters are essential building blocks in the creation of a cleaner, greener energy system for the future.
We are looking for a Marketing Strategist with around 10 years experience working in strategic marketing functions in commercial and/or public sector/not-for-profit sectors, and ideally some behaviour change experience, to join our team in our London office on a 3-month fixed-term contract. The role will involve developing robust marketing strategy for consumer engagement and bringing plans and propositions to market with appropriate insight, budget and measurement in place.
