Hunter Adams is seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to support our client within Financial Services in relation to a redundancy project. The successful candidate will need to bring a strong understanding of UK HR practices, particularly around collective consultation and redundancy procedures. TUPE experience would be beneficial, though not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HRBP support in managing the redundancy process, including facilitating meetings, answering queries and managing impacted individuals.
  • Work with senior level employees to ensure smooth communication and sensitive handling of the redundancy process.
  • Advise on best practices around collective consultation and ensure compliance with UK HR legislation.
  • Manage complex and sensitive HR issues, ensuring a professional and supportive approach throughout.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in managing redundancy processes.
  • Strong understanding of UK HR practices, particularly around collective consultation.
  • TUPE experience would be beneficial but not essential.
