A manufacturing client in Fife is looking for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to support a major transformation. This role involves working in a unionised environment and managing HR transitions while supporting approximately 50 apprentices. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Hunter Adams Manufacturing client is currently undergoing significant transformation and requires an experienced HR Business Partner to step in on an interim basis (duration TBC).

Based onsite in Methil, Fife the successful candidate will be involved in supporting the following:

  • Unionised, industrial environment – supporting a yard-based workforce
  • Currently going through a major reorganisation, with plans to double in scale next year
  • Involved in updating terms and conditions
  • Transitioning HR systems – currently no system in place but moving to SuccessFactors
  • Responsible for supporting a large cohort of apprentices (approx. 50)

This is a hands on role ideal for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial setting with strong stakeholder engagement skills
