Eames is currently working with a personal lines insurer seeking an experienced interim Head of Claims to provide senior leadership and stability during a period of organisational transition. The assignment is expected to run for a minimum of three months, with potential to extend to six months or longer depending on business needs.
The primary focus will be hands‑on oversight of Third Party Administrators, including performance management, audit activity, and due diligence for onboarding new partners.
Additional experience in large loss handling and preparing claims‑focused reports for senior committees or boards would be advantageous, though not required.
