Responsibilities
  • Consolidate financial reporting across multiple entities and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and business plans
  • Lead the preparation of group management accounts and board reporting
  • Oversee group-wide financial controls and drive process improvements
  • Support M&A activity, integration of new businesses, and system enhancements
Qualifications
  • A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a multi-entity or group finance environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and consolidations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive mindset with a track record of delivering improvements and supporting growth
