Description
  • Business Partnering: Act as a business partner to the Group Executives and Board.
  • Strategic Business Planning: Support the development of a 5-year strategic business plan.
  • Financial Forecasting: Provide formal quarterly updates to the financial forecast for the current year.
  • Monthly Reporting: Prepare monthly divisional performance results understanding variance drivers and prepare consolidated Group financial performance results.
  • Annual Planning: Play an active role in the preparation of the annual budget.
  • Performance Management Framework: Actively support the Senior FP&A Manager.
  • Execution of Planning Processes: Provide timelines, reporting policing, standardised inputs and procedures to business units for planning purposes
Profile
  • ACA,ACCA,CIMA
  • A proven track record in FP&A with strong skills in budgeting and forecasting delivery and processes
  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with the ability to use SAP and demonstrate strong excel skills
  • An effective communicator with the ability to bring simplicity to complexity and articulate key messages to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
