Our client is a recognised retail business in Nottingham seeking a Data Privacy Professional on 12 month fixed term maternity cover, starting asap.

Reporting into the Compliance & Privacy Director, you will play a key role in ensuring that business remains on the front foot from a data privacy perspective and the opportunity will see you take on responsibilities including:

• Managing the privacy compliance programme, along with management of key internal stakeholders.
• Develop & maintain GDPR processes, policies and procedures & deliver training updates to the business.
• Carry out DPIA's, support incident response planning and breach reporting procedures.
• Support on internal audits and assurance activities related to data privacy compliance.
• Managing a junior compliance professional.
