Essential Skills

• Government background/SC Cleared
• Strong experience as an Interaction Designer within government or large-scale digital environments.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design, accessibility, and inclusive design principles.
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with GDS standards, design patterns, and service assessment requirements.
