Intelligence Collections Specialist, UK (REMOTE)

Location: Hereford, England, United Kingdom. Remote work arrangements are allowed from the United Kingdom only.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This full‑time position (8‑hour shifts, 5 days a week, day/mid‑shift/night) requires the Specialist to use intelligence sources, internal and external assets, and open‑source media to identify threats and provide timely, accurate information to Concentric clients 24/7.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Continuous collection and review of open source information to detect potential threats.
  • Active monitoring of travel safety and security of clients worldwide on a 24/7 basis.
  • Monitoring OSINT, media channels, and threat feeds for real‑time and emerging threats.
  • Tracking geopolitical, environmental, criminal, cyber, health‑related, or infrastructure risks that could impact client safety or business continuity.
  • Acting as a primary node for threat‑related communications, providing rapid situation awareness and actionable intelligence.
  • Communicating clearly in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional tasks:

  • Analyze multi‑source data to assess implications of threats on client operations, travel, and reputation.
  • Produce timely, accurate, concise threat alerts tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and refine methodologies and tools for intelligence collection, fusion, and dissemination.
  • Support internal and client‑facing investigations by compiling and assessing relevant intelligence.
  • Use structured analytic techniques to identify trends, forecast risks, and recommend mitigations.
  • Conduct investigations on persons or companies of interest using OSINT sources and investigative databases.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, international security, political science, or a related field.
  • Legal right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in military service or GSOC work.
  • Proven ability to assess sensitive situations and respond to critical issues.
  • Experience in research, investigation, compilation, and assessment of information.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in synthesizing facts, concepts, and principles.
