The Team

The leading IP team advises on a comprehensive range of intellectual property matters, including rights management, commercialisation, protection and enforcement. Their work covers IP strategy, registrations, training, infringement issues and disputes, representing an impressive range of clients across the sports, fashion and brand-heavy sectors.

The team is headed by a heavy-hitting, award winning partner who has extensive knowledge across a broad spectrum of Intellectual Property and Commercial disputes.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an Intellectual Property Senior Associate with 5+ PQE to join their industry leading and growing team. The firm has offices nationally, but are happy for the right person to be based from their Northern offices with a flexible work pattern to be agreed.

You will be working directly with two partners and a team of talented associates across both the London and Manchester offices. Managing and advising on IP disputes and litigation relating to:

• Trade mark and passing off.
• Copyright.
• Design rights.
• Patents.

With the growth within the department, you will have excellent prospects to develop professional networks and take an active role in your own business development and profile-raising activities. This will provide you a genuine platform for you to build visibility both within the firm and across the wider IP community.
