A national environmental agency is seeking an Integrated Workforce Team Member based in Criccieth, UK. In this hands-on role, you will ensure the safety and reliability of environmental assets through maintenance and improvement projects. You will be responsible for responding to incidents and providing critical support, with a focus on safeguarding natural resources. Candidates should possess relevant practical experience, a strong commitment to health and safety, and relevant qualifications in environmental conservation. This is a Fixed-Term Appointment only until the 31/07/2026.
This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. In this role you will deliver essential maintenance and improvement projects on NRW assets; respond to emergencies and provide critical support during incidents; and be part of a standby rota, ensuring out‑of‑hours cover when needed.

Successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Appointments are normally made within 4 to 8 weeks of the closing date.
