A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking an Integrated Care Nurse to join their Planned Care team. This role involves managing the physical health of individuals with severe mental illnesses. Candidates should have primary care or mental health experience, and excellent interpersonal skills. The position is full-time, offering a competitive salary of up to £52,000 per annum with additional career development support.
Integrated Care Nurse to join the Planned Care team at HMP Pentonville, a category B prison located in London. The site supports a capacity of 1200 inmates and is a remand prison for inmates awaiting trial. It is well situated in London, approximately 10 minutes from Kings Cross station. The site offers an on-site staff canteen and gym, with strong training and development opportunities and active support for staff development.
Hours
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7.30am–4.00pm. Some flexibility required.
This position is full-time with an annual salary up to £52,000 per annum FTE, depending on experience.
