Location: Newcastle or Group Head Office, London - Hybrid working available

You will be joining a hugely busy and buoyant market with an established client base already in place, giving you the platform to grow quickly while building out your own desk. We are looking for someone who brings energy, resilience and a proven track record of success. Experience within the insurance market is an advantage, although not essential if you are commercially aware and quick to learn.

You will be part of a team that takes a people‑centred approach to recruitment. We value honesty, clarity and genuine partnership, whether we are supporting clients with niche hires or guiding candidates through important career moves. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, sourcing and engaging high‑quality talent and managing the full recruitment process from briefing to offer.
