A recruitment firm is seeking an experienced recruiter to develop business opportunities and nurture client relationships. This role offers hybrid working between Newcastle and London. Ideal candidates should possess strong commercial awareness and resilience, able to manage the full recruitment process effectively. The firm fosters a supportive culture, emphasizing growth and autonomy in building your own desk. Previous experience in the insurance sector is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience within the insurance market is an advantage, although not essential if you are commercially aware and quick to learn.
