We are currently seeking an Insurance Litigation Lawyer to join our bench.
Responsibilities
  • Draft and review insurance‑related legal documents, including contracts, policies, and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with client interests.
  • Provide expert legal advice on insurance law matters, including professional indemnity coverage, intermediary relationships, and contentious claims.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including brokers, underwriters, and claims professionals, to deliver strategic legal support and foster a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to insurance‑related challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of post‑qualification experience in insurance law, gained either within a law firm or an insurance intermediary.
  • Demonstrated expertise in professional indemnity insurance, contentious professional negligence claims, and the broader insurance market.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a pragmatic and commercially‑focused approach to resolving legal issues in the insurance sector.
