Job summary

A market-leading insurance broker is seeking an Insurance Broking Accounts Technician to manage client IBA accounts. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and proven knowledge of IBA processes. They will be responsible for the accuracy of account statements, debt chasing, and resolving discrepancies. This role requires collaboration with premium processing teams and front-end business units, with strong ownership of account processes. The position is based in Manchester, United Kingdom.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ recent experience managing client IBA accounts within a wholesale broker environment.
  • Proven end-to-end knowledge of client IBA processes, including statements, debt chasing, unmatched cash and aged query resolution.
  • Clear understanding of the distinction between IBA and Finance functions, focused on client IBA.

  • Maintain strong end-to-end ownership of client IBA account processes and controls.
