The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a wholesale broker environment, with proven expertise in client IBA processes. We are currently partnering with a Market‑Leading Insurance Broker to recruit a Insurance Broking Accounts Technician on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client IBA accounts within a wholesale broker environment.
  • Produce and review client account statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Actively chase outstanding debt and manage credit control activities.
  • Investigate and resolve unmatched cash and funding discrepancies.
  • Resolve aged queries and complex account reconciliations.
  • Liaise closely with premium processing teams to resolve posting and allocation issues.
  • Work collaboratively with front‑end business units to resolve account and payment queries.
  • Maintain strong end‑to‑end ownership of client IBA account processes and controls.
The ideal candidate should have
  • At least 2 years’ recent experience managing client IBA accounts within a wholesale broker environment.
  • Proven end‑to‑end knowledge of client IBA processes, including statements, debt chasing, unmatched cash and aged query resolution.
  • Clear understanding of the distinction between IBA and Finance functions, with experience focused on client IBA rather than cashiering or insurer IBA work.
