We are actively looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful organisation where you will receive full on-the-job training and support to gain industry-recognised qualifications.

About you:
  • You enjoy conversations with people, build relationships, listen, and understand client requirements.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and can tailor solutions for unique client needs.
  • You may be transitioning from a sales role; no prior experience is required as we offer on-site training, workshops, coaching and support through industry qualifications.
  • You have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset, with interests across areas such as equine insurance, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, fine art, etc., enabling you to build rapport and provide the best solutions.
  • You are ambitious and open to progression; many leaders started as Insurance Advisors and were developed internally.
